We are very lucky that as an online business we are able to continue operating. Thank you so much to every one of you for your support. I hope you are all well. This is how we are operating during this time:
Deliveries
Currently we are still operating and shipping orders within the U.K. and internationally. These are packed by one person and delivered via Royal Mail and DPD, who are all following the latest government guidance to keep everyone safe and well. To limit time spent outside, orders are being shipped weekly, when all orders are being walked down to the Post Office in one go rather than making multiple trips. We will continue to operate in this way until otherwise advised.
Some countries are experiencing serious delays in their postal service, we are continuing to monitor this and may have to suspend or postpone delivery in certain cases to avoid packages getting lost in the mail or to avoid strain on national postal services. If this happens we will contact you directly.
